I’m available for freelance writing and editing of many flavors and would love to be in touch! I’ve edited and written magazine journalism for just about a decade, including but not limited to: features, packages, profiles, criticism, personal essays, literary travel guidebooks that sent me reporting around the Southwest, and a project where I wrangled seven dogs ranging from 5 to 100 pounds to very scientifically test mountains of canine gear. I also copyedit and copywrite for a number of organizations, agencies, and brands (reach out for examples).

On the side, I am a passionate amateur close-range bug photographer and know what a banana slug looks like when it’s eating. And now you do too!
